The trustees visited our new apartments this morning!
One of our key funding sources is three 2-bedroom apartments in the neighbouring Amber Parkside development.
These apartments are being generously gifted to Knowle Park Trust and the rental income from these three properties will pay towards the ongoing maintenance costs of the park, keeping it a beautiful space for all of our visitors.
The trustees were impressed by the quality and size of these apartments, which are on schedule to be completed next month.
We will be appointing a local lettings agent to market the properties for rental and manage them for the trust on an ongoing basis.
Other revenue streams for the trust are car park income, events income and hire fees.
